Removal of items: All items must be paid in full and picked up on December 21st @ 9am – 4pm or December 22nd @ 9am – 1pm, or prior arrangements must be made with Drew Turner 330-307-0267. Any items left will be forfeited at the buyer’s expense.

Bear trap & lots of good traps, anvil, multiple vintage snow sleds, assorted good wood & metal pulleys, crocks, hay sigh, hay slings, hay trolleys, Lockwood Taylor Row No. 9 lever cutter, hand sausage stuffers, good vintage hand tools, large wooden butter churn, glass churns, Large Dressel  Rail Road lantern and other smaller lanterns, L.G.B. train set collection of cars and engines, milk bottles – some local to Southington, cloth seed bags, Coca Cola memorabilia, butcher knives, sheep shears, hog scrapers, Warren Airport memorabilia, oilers, radiator -caps, good vintage wood boxes, Ford and New Holland Tractor/Implement repair and parts manuals.

NOTE: Charlie has been collecting his entire life and has enjoyed sharing his collection with his friends, family and community.  He has decided it’s time for others to enjoy his treasures, as he has for so long.  This is only one auction of many to come. Due to the volume of his collection, this is only a fraction of what is at the museum, there will be similar items in the upcoming auctions.  Watch for the next online only auction coming in February.  The Ferguson restored tractors, implements and memorabilia live onsite auction will be held in August 2024. 

Terms: Cash, Check, Credit Card (max $3000), A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to each purchase. All Items must be paid for in full prior to picking up. All Items must be picked up December 21st @ 9am – 4pm or December 22nd @ 9am – 1pm.  RES Auctions Services does NOT ship items.

By bidding you agree to all terms and conditions of this auction including, but not limited to: 

  • Bidder acknowledges that he/she has read, understands, and agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions contained herein. 

  • Auctioneer reserves the right to add such Terms and Conditions to sale as announced or posted on day of the sale. 

  • Bidder cards may be denied to an applicant at any time, at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer. Auctioneer also reserves the right to terminate bidding privileges at any time. 

  • All items will be sold “As Is” “Where Is”.  

  • All sales are final. 

  • No guarantees or warranties whatsoever, implied, expressed, or otherwise. 

  • Auctioneer makes no representation or warranty of any kind on lots included in the auction. Auction listings are prepared based on information provided by the Consignor. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify condition, descriptions, and hours/mileage of equipment. No sale shall be invalidated by inaccuracies, defects, damaged goods, or incorrect descriptions. 

  • It is Bidder’s responsibility to inspect equipment prior to bidding. 

  • Sales Tax Exemption - Tax exempt Buyers must present a current and valid exemption certificate at time of registration.   

  • Bidding disputes will be settled at the sole discretion of Auctioneer and Auctioneer may put the disputed lot up for sale again to be resold to the   

highest bidder of the disputing parties. The Auctioneer’s decision is final. 

  • Purchases become the responsibility of the high bidder immediately upon acceptance of his bid. They shall be and remain at the risk of the  

Buyer. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to insure his purchases immediately. 

  • No removal of purchases from the auction site will be allowed until stated load out time. 

  • Buyer must pay for all items purchased before any items can be removed from auction facility. 

  • All Items must be picked up December 21st @ 9am – 4pm or December 22nd @ 9am – 1pm.  RES Auctions Services does NOT ship items.

  • It is the Buyer’s responsibility to be aware of their local motor vehicle regulations pertaining to titles and registrations prior to purchase of a motor vehicle. Buyer is also advised to take notice of title information noted on each motor vehicle, in the catalog, and as announced by the auctioneer on sale day.

  • There will be a 10% buyer's premium applied to each purchase, unless tax exempt. If bidding through Proxibid or Equipment Facts there will be a 7% buyer's premium applied to each purchase.
