Taxes: Ashland County Parcels I25-030-0-0041-00, I25-030-0-0042-02, I25-030-0-0042-04, Ashland City School District and Montgomery Township.   The current annual taxes are $1,568.60 based on CAUV and will be prorated to the date of closing.
